Privacy policy

This policy explains how Custom Fabricators Ltd (trading as Custom Fab Signs & Graphics), 1G Traders Lane, Cromwell, collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where it's kept

Enquiries are stored securely in our job management system (hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia) and emailed to our office. Quotes and invoices are kept in Xero. We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes and for our tax records.

Cookies

We only use cookies if you allow them. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow cookies. If you click Allow, we load Google's address finder on the order form, and Google may set cookies to run it. If you click Decline, nothing that sets cookies is loaded and the site works as normal: you just type your address in yourself. We remember your choice in your browser so we don't ask on every page. Our quote chat keeps your conversation in your browser only until you close the tab. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@customfab.co.nz or calling 03 777 6099. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
